Mattel 2023 Jurassic World Dino Trackers Logo

Mattel 2023 Jurassic World Dino Tracker

Mattel Jurassic World Dino Trackers
Mattel Jurassic World Dino Trackers

Last year, Jurassic World Dominion released and almost seemed like the end of the toyline as there are no news of anything with some rumors about an animated show but leave it to Mattel to make a very dry Jurassic media year with awesome new figures. For this post, I am gonna give the list of all the figures available for this year and please do let me know if I miss anything in the comments.

Mini Figure:

  • SD03D Amargasaurus and Herrerasaurus
  • SD09D Majungasaurus and Ouranosaurus
  • SD10D Kentrosaurus and Sarcosuchus
  • SD01E Spinosaurus
  • SD02E Indominus Rex
  • SD03E Albertosaurus and Tupandactylus
  • SD07E Kryptops and Pentaceratops
  • SD09F Elasmosaurus and Nothosaurus
  • SD10F Bistahieversor and Borealopelta

The mini-figures are on a roll this year with multiple new species and a never before seen theropod, Kryptops. I have not seen a Kryptops figure in the whole Mattel line and this is like the same scenario when Mattel began making Jurassic World figures in 2018, the Diplodocus mini. I have provided all the codes for new species and you will definitely have a repeat and good luck finding!!!

Danger Pack:

  • Austroraptor
  • Baby Brachiosaurus
  • Elaphrosaurus
  • Nothosaurus
  • Tupandactylus
  • Xuanhanosaurus
  • Piatnitzkysaurus
  • Pyroraptor
  • Borealopelta
  • Dakosaurus
  • Ornithocheirus
  • Velociraptor

Oh yeah, new species!!! And have a look!! There are 9 new species and that is so much with only 3 repeats. There are also 2 flying reptiles as well as 2 marine reptiles. I would say, an overall good variety of new and old species for this year. I feel like the last 4 might be hardest to find and so, I would definitely say to keep an eye out for those ones!!

Strike Attack:

  • Genyodectes Serus
  • Herrerasaurus
  • Zuniceratops
  • Edaphosaurus
  • Gigantspinosaurus
  • Prestosuchus
  • Atrociraptor
  • Dilophosaurus

For this lineup however, there are 5 repeats but they are not too new and so it is worth getting them plus the coloration is pretty good. Herrerasaurus is one example which is a repeat species but a new design while the Atrociraptor has quills at the back of it’s head. I am a bit iffy on the Edaphosaurus’ design is not scientifically accurate and looks a lot more like it’s cousin, Dimetrodon. So overall, a little underwhelming but we are super spoiled with the Danger Pack line! But always be sure to get them, at least the new species!

Wild Roar:

  • Diabloceratops
  • Dryptosaurus
  • Eocarcharia
  • Kronosaurus
  • Irritator
  • Nigersaurus
  • Orkoraptor
  • Regaliceratops

With an underwhelming Strike Attack lineup, Wild Roar seems to make an epic comeback with 7 new species and 1 repeat with a new design. Like the Diabloceratops looks so cool and is even colored like a devil, like its name. A medium-sized sauropod, Nigersaurus, is a really great selection for Jurassic World action figure lineup! I recommend each and every one of these to BUY them immediately!!!

Gigantic Tracker:

  • Sinotyrannus
  • Stegosaurus
  • Elasmosaurus
  • Bistahieversor

While only the Stegosaurus is a repeat species, all the others are new and I highly recommend each and every one of them. Elasmosaurus is so epic along with both the theropods, Bistahieversor and Sinotyrannus. You should get them and if you find them in a deal, would be even better!!

Large Dinosaur:

  • Track ‘n Attack Indoraptor
  • Habitat Defender Triceratops
  • Hunt ‘n Chomp Tyrannosaurus Rex
  • Camouflage ‘n Battle Indominus Rex

Now we come to the Large Dinosaurs lineup and surprisingly, we do not have the usual, gimmicky, large Tyrannosaurus. Instead, we have a newer version of Indominus Rex. This one is actually more slender and accurate looking than the older versions and I do love how they look and not only Indominus but Indoraptor as well. Indoraptor also got a massive upgrade since the 2018 release and finally, a huge Triceratops with the design from Jurassic Park. This lineup certainly did not disappoint and I can bet that these guys will become super rare super quick!!!

Vehicles and Play-sets:

  • Roarin’ Battle Pack
  • Search n’ Smash Truck

The vehicle set and the Dinosaur 2-pack is great addition but nothing more than that. It is good to have and increase your species variety for your collection! I certainly bought these myself!

Legacy Collection:

  • Dr. Ellie Sattler Risky Rescue Pack
  • Velociraptor Containment Chaos Pack
  • Tyrannosaurus Rex Ambush Pack
  • Mamenchisaurus

What a banger of a Legacy Collection this time! Not only are there highly requested sets but an elusive, fan-favorite sauropod as well. It could not get any better! I have been wanting the Mamenchisaurus since I first saw and it was so huge that the scene is permanently written in my brain and it is awesome to have it. And we are also have Jurassic Park worker figures as well with a Velociraptor cage, like dude!!! This is literally what the fans have been asking for and Mattel delivered it. I beg you to not miss this year’s Legacy Collection because it is peak!

Epic Attack:

  • Dilophosaurus
  • Velociraptor
  • Baby Tyrannosaurus Rex Vs. Pachycephalosaurus 2-Pack
  • Atrociraptor Vs. Dimetrodon 2-pack (Cancelled)
  • Battle Chompin’ Carnotaurus
  • Final Clash Pack
  • Crash n’ Attack Ford Explorer

With the name change from Extreme Damage to Epic Attack, the lineup comes with a whole host of new figures but mostly repeated species. There is not much difference other than the coloration and the damage gimmick and so I would recommend it if you are a hardcore collector!

Hammond Collection:

  • John Raymond Arnold (Jurassic Park)
  • Robert Muldoon (Jurassic Park)
  • Dr. John Hammond (Jurassic Park)
  • Dennis Nedry (Jurassic Park)
  • Isla Sorna Velociraptor Encounter Pack (Jurassic Park III)
  • Pachycephalosaurus (Jurassic Park: The Lost World)
  • Velociraptor (Jurassic Park III)
  • Baby Stegosaurus (Jurassic Park: The Lost World)
  • Baby  Tyrannosaurus Rex (Jurassic Park: The Lost World)
  • Ankylosaurus (Jurassic Park III)
  • Concavenator (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom)
  • Geosternbergia (Jurassic Park: The Lost World)
  • Corythosaurus (Jurassic Park III)
  • Irritator
  • Metriacanthosaurus (Jurassic World)
  • Brachiosaurus
  • Tyrannosaurus Rex (Repack)

Hammond Collection is chugging along very smoothly with more new offerings. The lineup completed almost all of the main cast from Jurassic Park film as well as now they are venturing into smaller dinosaur species which are from the sequel movies. The medium-sized dinosaur has 2 new dinosaurs which were never seen in film yet they are being offered which is nice but a little perplexing but who am I kidding with, I love getting any dinosaur figures!!

And the big ticket item this time is the Hammond Collection Brachiosaurus and it is one of the greatest figure I have ever seen. It has a bendy-wire neck which I had hoped and it looks so screen accurate with the film counterpart, it is must buy from me as a hard core collector and it should be in your collection too!! Who knows when something like this will ever release again?

Mattel Creations:

  • Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Dr. Henry Wu Hammond Collection Lab Tour

And to finally finish off the cast from the Jurassic Park film, here is Dr. Henry Wu!!! It’s so awesome to finally have the cast of Jurassic Park in figure form and I am not sure why this is an exclusive. I am guessing most people would not know him but nonetheless, he comes with a cool set and Mr. DNA!!!

SDCC Exclusive:

  • Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Steven Spielberg Hammond Collection

I would say this is a great offer for San Diego Comic Con because Steven Spielberg is as influential as the film and feels very honoring to have him as a figure in the collection. The director who inspired many kids to like and love and learn about dinosaurs and that dinosaurs are more than kids stuff!!!

’93 Classic:

  • Track & Explore Vehicle Set
  • Dr. Alan Grant Tactical Claw Pack
  • Dr. Ian Malcolm Glider Escape Pack
  • Electronic Real Feel Tyrannosaurus Rex

And finally, a surprise offering for the 30th Anniversary of Jurassic Park comes with a revamped line of classic Kenner toys in the Mattel. Mattel is finally offering dinosaurs from the original Kenner line with the accurate coloration and better engineered figures. I honestly love this idea and I cannot wait to get them! I want them so bad!! This is crazy how much Mattel is offering from the Jurassic Park/World license that I am going through decision fatigue. I am definitely getting all of them, that’s for sure and you should too!!!

And with that, you have come to the end of the list of 2023’s Jurassic World Dino Trackers. And with the end of the year coming soon and all the figures unveiled, I do believe I am not missing anything but do let me know in the comments below. See you again soon in my other post and be on the lookout for content in Prehistoric Pedia!!!
