Mattel 2025 Jurassic World Rebirth

With the recent news of the upcoming 2025 summer film, Jurassic World Rebirth, Mattel came with a whole host of new action figures for toyline which might as well appear as soon as late 2024 or early 2025. And for that, to get you guys ready, I decided to list down the species figures that might come soon.

Do note that the list is not completed but I will update the list when I get more info. Without further a do, let’s check out the list. Before we move on, this list is no longer a rumor because many of the figures are already revealed and ready to be released soon, so keep your eyes peeled and maybe send one figure my way if you can, just joking but let’s take a look at the list!

Mini Figure:

Mattel 2025 Jurassic World Rebirth Matchbox Mini Mosasaurus Rescue Action Boat Set
Mosasaurus Rescue Action Boat
Mattel 2025 Jurassic World Rebirth Minis FG 001 & 002
Minis 001 (Hesperosaurus & Irritator) & 002 (Mapusaurus & Monolophosaurus)

We have our very first look at the Rebirth minis and it already looks amazing. If you look at the Mosasaurus carefully, you will see there are lot of points of articulation and it seems like it is going to be very articulated. I also love the latest set and it is a boat set and it just does not stop getting better. I hope Mattel shows more playsets and you can be sure that I will update it as soon as it is shown.

Micro Adventures:

  • Deluxe Mosasaurus Micro Adventures Playset
  • Spinosaurus Micro Adventures Playset
  • Tyrannosaurus Micro Adventures Playset

Now this is an absolutely amazing piece of playset. I love the ingenuity and the idea is amazing! Props to mad designer at Mattel. When people were getting bored with the minis, they came out with this. Funnily, they had an idea of micro-playsets from the Fallen Kingdom but never got around doing it but as it is a new era, they are finally doing it and it looks amazing. Cannot wait to get my hands on this and I really love how they used the dinosaur heads as a box and when you open up the jaws, a whole miniature set comes out. That’s just fantastic and not just that but comes with some smaller minis as well…I guess we will have to call them as micros from now on.

Chaos Theory Multi Packs/Story Packs:

  • Darius & Baryonyx Peril Pack
  • Spinosaurus Danger Set
  • Zora Bennett & Velociraptor
  • Dr. Henry Loomis & Juvenile Pteranodon
  • Duncan Kincaid & Velociraptor
  • Reuben Delgado & Juvenile Parasaurolophus

Danger Pack / Frenzy Pack:

  • Dimetrodon (Repack)
  • Dsungaripterus
  • Jakapil
  • Lophostropheus
  • Farlowichnus
  • Guemesia
  • Hypsilophodon
  • Edmontonia
  • Iani
  • Proceratosaurus (Repack)
  • Torvoneustes
  • Archaeornithomimus
  • Beipiaosaurus
  • Ceoptera
  • Minaria
  • Armadillosuchus
  • Baby Triceratops
  • Coelophysis Vs. Dryosaurus
  • Dentaneosuchus
  • Rugops

Also, something that I have noticed is that though they are part of Jurassic World Rebirth toyline or year, they are carrying the Jurassic World Chaos Theory subtitle in place of the film’s title so this is still not the film toyline but it is gonna be revealed soon enough.

For the ones shown thus far, I am really loving the Lophostropheus and Jakapil. It is at least nice to see that Dsungaripterus has a new color scheme unlike Dimetrodon which is a straight up repaint of the Jurassic World Dominion Dimetrodon release which is super disappointing, the least Mattel could have done was to change the colors. So yeah!! At the very least we are getting some new species in the line and that is something to be happy about! I love how Mattel always sprinkles in some new species!

Strike Attack / Combat Attack:

  • Herrerasaurus (Repack)
  • Huayangosaurus
  • Pyroraptor
  • Thapunngaka
  • Inostrancevia
  • Monolophosaurus (Repack)
  • Tapejara (Repack)
  • Yuxisaurus
  • Achillobator
  • Herrerasaurus
  • Nanotyrannus
  • Zuniceratops
  • Alioramus
  • Cearadactylus
  • Dilophosaurus
  • Velociraptor

No reveals yet but I will update it as soon as I get any news on it! There are some pics floating around but I am waiting for the official photo reveal by Mattel.

Wild Roar / Fearsome Roar:

Okay…where do we start and I mean like look at the list!! This is huge! Why are we getting so many releases next year? This is so crazy and not just that but look at the number of new species on there. We got Ceratosuchops, Kryptops, Maiasaura, Utahraptor, Euoplocephalus, Lambeosaurus, & Nanuqsaurus before GTA 6.

Sorry for the low brow humor but we are getting 7 new species out of 12 species. I am also gonna guess that the repeat species will also have new color schemes as well like the Kentrosaurus & Pteranodon. I cannot wait to get the figures of new species in hand and also, remember that Kryptops was mini-figure, now it is getting a full-fledged figure. Mattel dropping some Subtle Foreshadowing. This is going to be one crazy year!

Gigantic Tracker / Gigantic Thrashers:

Almost all the dinosaurs listed here are new species, except for Suchomimus but I also guess it does not count because this is a new mold of Suchomimus, unlike the 2018 & 2019 version. I will have to make so many more species profile for the dinosaurs and prehistoric reptiles that are getting figure releases. Like how many people know about Eotriceratops or Saltasaurus!! I am glad that Mattel recognizes some obscure species to put in the line and this year is going to be such an exciting year for collecting and I really need to start saving up some funds for this!!

Large Dinosaur:

Okay, usually the big dinosaur figure releases are not that many as, you know, they take up space on the shelves because they are big but I did not expect Therizinosaurus to make a come back but not in the way one would think. Therizinosaurus first made the appearance in the film, Jurassic World: Dominion but this time, it is getting a new release in the line of Chaos Theory which is exciting because that sort of means that Therizinosaurus will probably make an appearance in Season 3 of Chaos Theory which also means, the Nublar 5 will be traveling to Italy’s Biosyn Sanctuary as that is the only place we have seen with a Therizinosaurus in it.

Alright, so… the trailer for Jurassic World: Rebirth trailer came out and I cannot possibly express how excited I am to watch it and all the new dinosaurs and some with revamped designs just makes me so happy. The Mosasaurus looks epic as well as the Titanosaurus and the new Spinosaurus design. There is so much to talk about that I cannot even stop. Either way, I did update the list with the new reveals which caught me off guard but man!! This year is gonna be crazy! I have also linked to where you can buy the Mosasaurus and if you do buy one from my link, it will help me out tremendously and thank you if you did!

Vehicles and Playsets:

Mattel 2025 Jurassic World Rebirth Launch 'n Battle Vehicle Playset
Launch ‘N Battle Vehicle Playset
  • Launch ‘N Battle Vehicle Set

Oh man!! This is a really cool set! I mean how is it not cool! Look at that truck/jeep whatever. The colors and the vibe is already so cool and fresh and who can forget about the Velociraptor. Now that is a raptor worthy of rivaling the Jurassic Park III raptor design. The face coloration is already so beautiful and while the body is a little dull, the face makes up for it. And not just that, we have a look at a new human figure, and it is Martin Krebs. It has been a while seeing a live-action human character in a figure form. I feel like there should better be a human pack with all the other characters who cannot be fit in normally. Overall, I am really liking this set.

Legacy Collection Reimagined:

Mattel 2025 Jurassic World Rebirth Reimagined Legacy Collection Electronic Real Feel Indominus Rex
Electronic Real Feel Indominus Rex
  • Indominus Rex

This reveal came out totally out of the left field because I did not expect that 2025 will have all the hybrids in action figure form ever shown on screen. We literally have every hybrid as a figure out soon for this year and my mind just cannot comprehend what is actually going on. I mean this Indominus Rex looks so cool and I know this is a design from one of the Hasbro toys as well as from Jurassic World The Game. It seems like I will not be able to save any money this year at all. Did I mention it has Real Feel skin with sounds?

Ultimate Damage:

  • Indoraptor
  • Scorpios Rex

We are getting the Hybrid Dinosaurs back for another round but this time, they look more refined, majestic and menacing with their Ultimate Damage. Recently, we did get a new Indoraptor, it is quite unexpected to see Scorpius Rex to get some new love. This Hybrid Dinosaur appeared in the Season 3 of Camp Cretaceous and was a huge hit among the fans and we surely did get some figures back in 2021 but that was about it until now! I cannot wait to see what comes out in this Ultimate Damage line!

Dino Reveal:

Alright, better late than never but Mattel, the brand that started color changing Hot Wheels cars, has finally decided to give us dinosaur figures that change color when you put it in warm water. I cannot exactly say I have been waiting for this but I do like them trying out new things and I will be the first whenever it is released. Also the Vs. pack looks like it will show damage when fight with other figures in warm water. And they were nice enough to provide sponges and a battle tub. Mattel is going all out this year it looks like and all the more happy I am. Other than some recognizable dinosaurs, it also seems like they will provide some rarer but already species as well.

I thought this would be just a 1 Wave gimmick line but it seems like Mattel is going full-force with this and releasing another Wave of figures including some of the more one-time species they had released before in normal colors. I have not seen Shringasaurus come back in a long time. Miragaia also was released once in Dominion line and the new Vs. Pack is also pretty cool. I really cannot wait to have some color changing dinosaurs.

Hammond Collection:

Hmm… It is an alright list but I feel like the list is missing some pizzazz, something to spice things up but it is not bad for the moment. It is a bit disheartening to see that the medium-sized dinosaur releases have stopped and there are so many more that are left and I probably guess that Mattel wants to release the medium-large dinosaurs as fast as they can because there are not that many anyway but I do hope to see more from the Hammond Collection.

But I did not think that Hammond Collection Spinosaurus and Stegosaurus would be actually real and man, does it look amazing. I love my JP III Spinosaurus as well as JW: Rebirth Spinosaurus but I am glad they are doing the JP III first and it is the most gorgeous figure of all time. It is gonna sell out so fast, I know it will. Stegosaurus was pretty good too with the colors but I have sneaking suspicion that they may have referenced the JW Stegosaurus more because of the outdated droopy-tail design it had in the movies which not a lot of people liked and somehow, an earlier film was more correct, The Lost World, and the newer ones with the tail being horizontal with the ground like the modern designs of Stegosaurus. Still, the figure does look like the tail is in a horizontal position and that’s great. I am sure Stegosaurus will also sell like hotcakes.
