Intro:
Monsterverse Titanthology Vol 01 combines 2 stories in 1 book, the Godzilla: Aftershock & Skull Island: Birth of Kong. I am pretty those 2 graphic novels are out of print by now and finding them would be super hard now which is why is there is this mini-omnibus book for you to read through. I have already gone through both the stories before when it was separately released and this book also contains the same stories but with added concept art in the end which was not in the previous releases. So, if you are getting into the Monsterverse and you are thinking to learn more, you should definitely get this book.
My Thoughts:
I do not have much thoughts for this one as it is mainly just a compilation of 2 comic books and I could talk about the stories they have but I have talked about it in their respective blog posts anyway. I will give an average score of 8 out of 10 because there are some positives and negatives.
Positive being that there are some exclusive concept art for the comics and how they defined the story and the negative is that it is just a repeat of the stories that were already published and it is only 2 stories. There are rumors for an Omnibus release of all the Monsterverse comics, so I will need to check how good that is but those are my thoughts for the Monsterverse Titanthology Vol 01 .
